Biovail Contract Research is a veteran FDA-inspected Contract Research Organization focused on Phase I Clinical Trials, Bioequivalence Studies, Pharmacokinetic Studies, and Bioanalysis.  The company is divided into six operating departments, each critical to the overall success of our company:

The Clinic is dedicated to conducting high quality, regulated and cost effective Phase I bioavailability/bioequivalence clinical studies.  The 230 bed facility is fully equipped and experienced in a wide range of study designs.

The Bioanalytical Laboratory is equipped with the latest computerized analytical instrumentation to provide the best possible service in bioanalysis.  A highly skilled Method Development Group is responsible for developing methods and procedures that will meet the most demanding industry and regulatory requirements.

The Biopharmaceutics Department plays a crucial role in designing the most efficient Phase I bioavailability and bioequivalance studies for our clients.  Our data analysts and biostatistician will customize a statistical analysis of your data that will meet all criteria of any regulatory agency in the United States, Canada or Europe.

The Study Operations Department applies the study design provided by our experts or yours to create protocols of consistent quality that will meet with the approval of our Institutional Review Board.  Our large computerized registry of subjects ensures subjects are recruited and screened in a timely fashion to ensure full panels for study conduct. 

Upon study completion our expert team of report writers provide comprehensive final reports designed for minimal approval times.

The Quality Assurance Department acts as the monitoring and compliance ensuring unit of all operations and procedures conducted at Biovail Contract Research

The Marketing & Sales Department is a group of experienced professionals that act as the vital communication link between the client and all departments at Biovail Contract Research- ensuring each project is expertly managed from initial study concept to issuance of the final report.
